Booking FAQ's

How do I book a class?

Search for date and class you want in the search tool on the left hand side of the page. A list of available classes will appear, select the class you wish to attend and add to your basket. Once you have added all you classes to your basket, go to checkout. You will then be asked to 'make bookings'.

How do I cancel a class I have booked?

You may cancel by going into your account history and clicking the red x icon next to the class you wish to cancel. Please note that any wellbeing or activity bookings have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

How many classes can I book?

You may book a total of 3 classes/activities online for each day. Any further bookings will need to be made via reception.

How far in advance can I book?

As a member you may book up to 7 days in advance and as a non-member it is 3 days in advance.

How do know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email. You will also be to see your bookings in your account history.

How do I book Wellbeing classes?

All Wellbeing classes must be booked via reception as there are not included in the membership fee. We aim to have these available to book and pay for online in late 2015.

Can I bring a friend to a class?

Yes, all guests will be charged the applicable class fee. Non-members may book up to 3 days in advance by contacting reception.

How do I book activities?

All activities can be booked via reception. For any block bookings please email citysport@city.ac.uk.
